Our resort is located in the District Bolgna/Nomentano mainly known as the University District. “La Sapienza” University lies here and is the biggest in Europe . Our guest house is only 50 meters from the stop Bologna of the underground line B (blue).
Our guest house has been recently renewed. The rooms are cosy and bright. We have twin rooms, double rooms, double and twin rooms single use, triple rooms. Every room has a private bathroom with a hydromassage shower and hair dryer, including a generous courtesy kit.
